Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account and everything in it.
How do I save a copy of my journal?
Go to Profile → Export Data.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check Profile → Notifications in Chronicle, then make sure notifications for Chronicle are on in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications.
